This machine will strengthen your pectoral muscles (chest), rhomboids and latissimus dorsi (upper back). Strengthening these muscles helps you lift and carry boxes, grocery bags or your children

Sit in the machine with your hips and back pressed against the back. Grasp the handles so that your hands are aligned with the middle of your chest and your elbows are out to the side. Quickly push the handles out as far as you can, but avoid locking out the elbows. Quickly return the handles back to the starting position.
